The Amenity Center will open Spring of 2026! We will have our own Pool, Pergola Space, Cabanas, Pickleball/Basketball Court, and Playscape! We have an On-site walking trail and easy access to the 70 mile long 183 trail opening with the City of Leander! Each home offers a Private Yard, Attached 2-Car Garage, Stainless Steel appliances, Soft-Closed Cabinetry, Smart locks, Ring camera, and much more! Residents have the option of bringing their own Washer/Dryer or renting a set from us.

Every home is Fiber ready with Optimum or Spectrum!

Packages are delivered straight to your door by the carrier!

Caso Leander is located in the hills of Leander! We have easy access to the 183A Toll road and the Leander Metro Rail! Leander offers an HEB Plus just a 2-mile drive away! Also, we will be a short drive from Liberty Hill which has a Costco and Target opening in 2026!

Caso Leander does Resident Events periodically and plans to do more once the Amenity Center is completed!

We follow the City of Leander’s City Ordinance – Quiet hours begin at 10pm and end at 7am Sunday-Thursday and 11:30pm to 7am Friday and Saturday.

We are located in the Leander Independent School District. Our zones schools are Plain Elementary(located 1.9 miles away), Danielson Middle School(located 2.3 miles away), and Glenn High School (located 2.6 miles away). There are also a few Private schools nearby such as: Oak Ridge Academy, Apogee Cedar Park, Hill County Christian School of Austin just to name a few. The nearby Daycares are: The Learning Experience, Kepler Stem School, The Goddard School of Leander, and Stepping Stone School.
